I hope you all are doing well and hopefully you will enjoy reading this post, I hope I will be able to provide you with enough information to encourage you to start doing what I’m doing. It really surprised me how easy it is to start a blog.
So to start, I want to tell you about what I did on the weekend, I replanted this tree which if you ask me looks rather pretty. I used my own compost comes from rotted veg and fruit, sorted by our little wormy friends and finally scooped out either me or my family.
Next, my mum and I worked together with secateurs to trim back our free-standing baskets of lovely smelling, bee-attracting Rosemary plants.
Also I managed to spend some time feeding our camellias and making sure they were healthy as well as focusing on giving the right amount to the plant. All this stuff is very important when trying to care for them.
And finally, yesterday I started a bee course, at first I was nervous but after a while, I thought it was very inspiring. First, we went into a nature classroom, and the tutors starting explaining some important information that would really help on our course.
Then we got our bee suits on,
and went to the hives, we learnt all about them and I personally can’t wait for next week. I am sorry I can’t tell you too much, it’s too much to say in too little time all I will say is the group of bees is called a colony.
Thanks for staying with me
